Safety Guidelines

We are committed to protecting your health and providing you with a safe environment. To that end, we have established the following safety guidelines:

Mask wearing is now optional. If you wish to be mask free, please choose a spot closer to the front of the studio. Those choosing to wear a mask should find a spot towards the rear of the studio.

Students are no longer required to bring their own yoga mats.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio, including restrooms.

Studio is cleaned/disinfected thoroughly on a regular basis.

If you are experiencing Covid symptoms, please stay home.
